How to flash recovery without pc | How To Install CWM, TWRP or Any Other Recovery Without PC?

This post is about the CWM/TWRP custom recovery. What is Recovery and the method of its Installation is the core of this post. 

Whether it is CWM (Clockworkmod) or TWRP (Team Win Recovery Project) recovery, definitely you will flash any of the custom recovery if you wish to extend the Android experience. You can flash the custom recovery with or without using a PC. As a samsung user mostly I use Odin to flash a new recovery but, it is not possible keep a PC everywhere we travels. So sometimes we need an alternate solution.
There are many apps available in the Google Play Store which helps to install a custom recovery without PC but, I prefer Flashify. Flashify is a must have tool for every android root user which, comes with a clean hole UI and bunch of flash and backup options. I am not going to review the app...In this post I included simple steps flash CWM or TWRP custom recovery image using Flashify.

Let us begin with knowing a little about what is a custom Recovery & what are its uses after then we will move forward step by step for installing it on your android Device properly.

What is a Custom RECOVERY??

A custom recovery is a replacement for stock recovery found on every android device. It is an .img(image) file that can be flashed using different methods which we will be talking today.
Some of its key features are-
> Rom Backup
> Flashing any Update.zip package.
> Replacing your stock android operating system with a new custom official or unofficial operating system like MIUI, CyanogenMod, Paranoid Android etc. This is also known as flashing a custom ROM.
> Wiping Data/factory reset or flashing various kernels.
and much more...
For booting into the custom recovery installed, the user have to press the required key in combinations which might be different for various android devices.
ex: Power+vol up/vol down etc

Using Mobileuncle Tools/Mtk Devices

Step 1- Download and install Mobileuncle tools app. (Download link given below).

Step 2- Download CWM/TWRP recovery file of your device and rename it torecovery.img .

Step 3- Open mobileuncle tools and click on "recovery update" there you will findrecovery.img on the top, select it. Press OK it will reboot your device into your required recovery.

DONE!!

Using Flashify/Snapdragon and all the others

Step 1- Download flashify from the link given below (or from Google Playstore) and install it on the device.

Step 2- After that download CWM/TWRP recovery file for your device and rename it to recovery.img

Step 3- Open Flashify and tap on recovery image option.

Step 4- Now a pop up will appear just click on 'choose a file' to select one of your file explorer app and browse to the file recovery.img.

Step 5- Tap on the .img file and tap on Yup.

NOTE - IN BOTH THE METHODS ALLOW SUPERUSER PERMISSION REQUEST PROMPTED BY THE APP.

In case If both the above methods FAILS!! Then recovery can only be flashed by using PC/Laptop by Smart Phone Tools (SP Tools)

For both Rooted and Non rooted Users.

Using SP Tools

For this method things required are-
> PC or laptop.
> Sp Tools.
> Drivers of your device.
> Scatter file for your device.
> A device with MTK chipset.
> CWM/TWRP recovery file of your respective device.
Note: Do not flash recovery file that is not made for your device.
> USB cable.
> USB Debugging must be enabled.

NOTE- THE SCATTER FILES ARE DIFFERENT FOR EACH MTK CHIPSET.

Step 1- Open Sp Tools folder and click on .bat file it will open SP Tools.

Step 2- Now on the right side you will find the Scatter Loading option, click on it and a window will appear browse to the scatter file of your device and click open. 
(For convenience place the downloaded scatter file on desktop)

Step 3- Make sure all the boxes are unchecked if it is selected already by default then remove them all.

Step 4- Click on the RECOVERY box such that a window will appear, browse to the recovery.img file and click open.

NOTE- IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO RENAME THE RECOVERY FILE TOrecovery.img ONLY.

Double check that only the recovery box is only checked.

Step 5- Turn OFF your device and remove the battery, click on the download button in SP Tool. Click yes and connect your SWITCHED OFF device via USB cable.

Step 6- The tool will automatically will detect the device and flash the recovery on the device within few seconds, when done a green circle will appear on the Computer's screen.
Done!!

Note: If the device is not being detected by the SP tool then make sure that the drivers are installed properly on the system you are using.

HOW TO INCREASE RAM OF ANY ANDROID DEVICE? FULLY WORKING METHOD

4/- Now You got a space of virtual memory on your SD Card,

5/- Now install the app called SWAPPER2 from the Play Store after that launch the app

6/- Then go to setting by clicking on the common menu button, you'll find lots of options there at first you get an Option called SWAP PLACE click that and then type "swap.swp"

7/- Then you will find option called swap size its onto you how much size you want commonly we use 256 MB

8/- Now its turn for SWAPPINESS you can try through by clicking after the system default,

9/- Then uncheck options "SAFE UNMOUNT AND REMOUNT"

10/- After then in "ADVANCE PREFERENCES" TICK RECREATE AND REFORMAT options

11/- Now go back and click On.

NOW FRIEND YOU HAVE MADE A VIRTUAL RAM ON YOUR DEVICE SD CARD TO PLAY AND RUN THE THINGS THAT YOU NEVER DID BEFORE!!!!! IT WILL SWAP MEMORY WHEN YOU WILL START A GAME AUTOMATICALLY ! THIS METHOD WAS TESTED AND WORKING IN MANY DEVICES WHICH IS HAVING LESS MB OF RAM!!

Hello guys. This post is about how to remove the fuzzy second unused sim icon on Moto G and Moto E which some people find very annoying including me. So if you are using only single sim on your phone and you want to remove the no sim inserted icon of second sim then do this.

NOW WHAT WE NEED?

*WHAT WE NEED THE MOST TO DO THE JOB IS A ROOTED MOTO G OR MOTO E THAT YOU HAVE!!

First of all download and install Xposed Installer.(//link to the xposed is below the post) Open the app and click on Install in the "framework".

(Note- there will be a warning message that your phone may stuck in boot loop so continue at your own risk but in my case i didn't got any boot loop on both the devices what we have).

>>Install it and restart your phone.

>>Now open Xposed Installer click on "download".

>>Search or look for "Remove Moto G Second Sim Icon".Hit  Download.

>> Activate the module which you downloaded by opening xposed installer hitting on modules and activating it and then softboot the device.

Done !!

OBJECTIVES:-

 Objective 1--

Things required-

NOTE -

Before getting started I want to warn you that there are some of the bugs present in this rom.

List of  "BUGS" :-

1. NFC is not working.

 (Fix==> It doesnt have any fix till now. sorry )

2. There are Random Auto Reboot

 (Fix==> Install an app called Wake Lock from play store and set it to PARTIAL_WAKE_LOCK. This will prevent the device from deep sleep and fix Random Reboots )

3. Camcorder is not able to save videos

 (Fix==> Use any Third party camera from play store for this like Camera Next).

4. Screen turns ON if menu or back button is touched. 

(Fix==>You can disable the buttons and use Navigation Bar)

Now, after taking everything under consideration like Bugs and all if u still want to continue with this then LETS GET STARTED.

Step 1 : Install the CWM Recovery (If you don’t know how to flash recovery please click here.)  and then go to Recovery by Pressing the VOLUME UP + POWER key.

Step 2 : Wipe All Data/Factory Reset.

Step 3 : Wipe Cache.

Step 4 : Go to Mounts And Storage and Format System 1.

Step 5 : Now choose Install zip and Then choose Zip from SD card.

Step 6 : Now choose the Rom ( A folder named "0" will be the internal storage)

Note-1. You need to install this Rom on System 1,while installing the Android L rom you may be prompted with a message "Root access is possibly lost" for which you need to hit the NO option.

Step 7 : Now install the Gapps similarly. ( on System 1 only.)

Step 8 : Now Go To Advanced and make Sure Active System is : 1 ,then Wipe Dalvik cache.

Step 9 :  Select Reboot To System Now. 

Note - FIRST BOOT MAY TAKE 5-10 MINUTES. SO PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Objective 2:-

Now in order to Root your phone please follow these simple steps.

1.Go To Recovery Mode

4. Reboot.

5.Now Go Back To CWM

6.Flash Lollipop Gapps
